THE END OF A GARDEN BREAK
Its that time again where we take a break form gardening. We generally take some time in the months of August and early September. Its usually a time to sit, take notes and go over the things you would do differently, what grew to your expectations and what did not. What seeds to grow in the next season and what to harvest now.
Most gardeners in Zones that have four seasons have a winter break where there is a frost, snow cover and lets face it outdoor gardening is over! Here in So Cal we have the pleasure of gardening year round, which is why we need to take a break from the physical work of gardening, for lifes sake. When you you take a garden break? Do you have both indoor and outdoor garden projects you like to tend to?
